Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who seeks a position in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility of the Sales and Marketing function and will report to the Directors of the company.

Main responsibilities include:

• Develop the marketing and sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives

• Prepare and deliver yearly and seasonal marketing plans according to the company’s strategy
• Ensure effective promotion of the company’s activities and venues in the main stream and especially the social media
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns across all channels, monitor and report performance
• Manage the sales through all channels and monitor budgets
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new associates and industry partners
• Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders
• Maintain effective internal communication and ensure all relevant functions of the company are in line with marketing objectives

• Keep abreast of market trends and conditions and provide relevant recommendations
• Lead and develop the marketing and sales team

   

Profile of the ideal candidate

• University Degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in a position with similar responsibilities is a must
• Dynamic, self-motivated and energetic person
• High levels of creativity
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with impact
• Computer literate
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Willingness to travel within the island
