Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Pure Sacred or Ceremonial grade Cacao ♥️ is a natural plant medicine that is also a nutrient dense super food great for the heart and its energy center. Working with this High Vibration Cacao in ceremony is a powerful but gentle way to open and connect with your heart. It can tap into your highest self, helping the release of any old blocks and traumas, shed light and clear emotional scars/wounds and in turn influence/transform your intuition thus allowing your natural flow and creativity to shine.

We have special guest Antonia Michalakakou from Euphonia creating a sound bath using Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls. The magic from the sound can raise our natural frequency & vibration and in turn help to release blockages and restore our balance and flow.

SOME GUIDELINES AND PREPARATION FOR THE DAY!
Please eat light and preferably no food after 1or 2pm the latest.
Its best to avoid lots of coffee as the caffeine does not gel well with the cacaos natural theobromine a similar effect to caffeine.
Wear something you will be comfortable sitting and lying down in.
Arrive hydrated and If you have a water bottle bring it along.
Set and have a good intention for your journey and connection with the Cacao.

If you are taking or using antidepressants, pregnant or breast feeding, please let us no so we can adjust your dosage.

Heart conditions: cacao increases heart rate significantly, and is a vasodilator, opening blood vessels, increasing flow, and reducing blood pressure if it is high.
