The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an Administration Officer who will join our team on the basis of a full time contract.
We are keen to hear from candidates who possess the following:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a solid administrative background, with at least 3 years experience in a similar role. Excellent communicational, interpersonal and team working skills are a prerequisite for the successful candidate along with the required skills set as outlined below:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage agendas for upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
- Welcoming guests
- Create and update records and databases.
- Manage company’s filing system.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Handle customer requests and provide feedback when necessary.
- Manage company’s marketing material (social media, newsletters).
- Attend meetings and conferences, take notes, and manage meeting minutes.
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery and equipment supplies.
- Prepare and review contract documentation both in Greek and English languages.
- Manage real estate agents’ online listings.
- Manage petty cash account.
- Issue payments to suppliers as needed.
The individual
- College degree/ Diploma in Office administration or Secretarial studies.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of Greek and English languages.
- Knowledge of real estate industry will be considered as an advantage.
- Bookkeeping experience will be considered as an advantage.
- Reliability/ Flexibility.
