Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Incorporating companies, completion and filing of company forms.
- Reviewing and drafting of directors and shareholders minutes and resolutions, Powers of Attorney, commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Provision of nominee services.
- Undertaking and overseeing the formation, administration and dissolution of companies in Cyprus and offshore jurisdictions.
- Advising clients on matters relating to commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring.
- Performing legal research and preparing relevant reports.
- Providing legal opinions.
- Review and drafting of a broad array of legal documents for companies, funds and trusts.
- Handling client due diligence for corporate and trust structures.
- Manage relationships, and consulting with and coordinating advice from other third party professionals.
- Support in the development and implementation of the firm’s compliance regime.
- Liaising with agents, external and internal advisers and consultants on various corporate matters.
- Bank accounts opening.
- Bank instructions preparation and execution.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor and /or Master degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Corporate Administrator is a must.
- Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken). Knowledge of the Russian language considered an advantage.
- Good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
