iSPIRAL IT Solutions specializes in providing technology solutions and offering new business ideas by using Software & Web Based Systems.
The Sales & Marketing Manager has the primary responsibility of delivering the right revenues; be that defined as a hard number, growth target, profit target and/or a market share goal. Secondary responsibilities include: Assisting His/ Her Sales Team, Building the Sales & Marketing Strategy, Developing Sales Tactics, and Accomplishing Business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.
Sales & Marketing Manager Position
Responsibilities:
- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans
- Maintain sales/marketing database
- Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
- Identify ideas by researching industry news & articles; tracking business people and their accomplishments.
- Responsible to find new opportunities and leads and establishing and maintaining new client and business relationships
- Promote firm’s products and solutions
- Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading business articles; maintaining networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Arrange for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences
- Manage company’s website, social media, print and online communication, & ads
- Work in a team-oriented environment
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT or related field
- 2-3 Years of Business experience is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Greek
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, goal and achievement-oriented with a desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Management experience.
