Cyprus Airways – Ticketing Office and Call Centre Agents
We are looking to find dynamic, experienced and motivated agents to join our Ticketing Office and Call Centre team which is based in Larnaca.
Job Description:
- Respond to customers’ queries with the aim of a first-time resolution and within agreed respond time
- Provide best customer service experience
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Promote the product and services of the airline
- Achieve set KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
- Handle customers across different platforms, including Telephony, Social Media, Website and Email
- Perform ticketing and reservation transactions and other related duties
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Aviation Industry, Call Centre or other Customer service related field
- College / University degree will be considered as an advantage
- Airline reservation system or any GDS knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong team working ability
- Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges
- No military service obligations (in case of male applicants)
- EU citizenship is a must
- Willingness and flexibility to work on a shift basis
